Please note it is possible to pause your monthly membership from 1 to 4 months during the year if you wish. For more information, go to this article !
Please note, pausing is not applicable to the annual Revolution membership.
However, if you wish, it is possible to resume a membership that is paused . See below how to resume your monthly subscription:
Restart via “My In&box” mobile app
To resume a pause in progress, go to the “My In&box” application. Once on the dashboard click on the “My Account” tab in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
As you can see in the image on the left, it says “Resume”, provided that your membership was previously paused . Simply press the button and your membership will become active again instantly.
⚠ CAUTION: When pausing , you will be charged 4€ per month. If you choose to resume your membership before the end date of the pause , you will be charged 8€, increasing your monthly fee to 12€ (4€ + 8€ = 12€).
⚠ CAUTION : Also note when you resume your monthly membership before the end date of the pause, the months initially scheduled for the pause will not be deducted unless the pause is resumed during the month (e.g. if you suspend for 4 months but resume after 2 and a half months, you will have one month available to suspend again).
