INFORMATION NOTICE –
New detection mode : ROAD RACING AND ROAD RACING PRO
As per your request and duly informed of the consequences,new detection algorithms included into your In&box have been added to cover new detection modes (hereinafter the “Road Racing” and “Road Racing pro” Modes: use for the 2022 Road races only, and therefore differs from the In&box user manual. Therefore, by using thess new detection modes, you accept all terms of this disclaimer notice.
Limitation on use of Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes
You may use Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes only for the 2022 Road races (NW200, Tourist Trophy for example). By using Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes, you agree not to, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas or algorithms of the Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes, modify, or create derivative works based on the Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes.
Algorithms are designed for specific applications ( Use for racing on public closed roads with this product). Please check the usage conditions of the detection mode to benefit from the best protection in case of a fall or accident.
Use of Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes at your own risks
As part of our obligation of means, we strive to implement all the technological solutions that we have available so that the ln&box detection system can ensure the best degree of protection and comfort in the state of technical and scientific knowledge. While every effort is made to ensure the good operation of this detection mode, In&motion makes no representations or warranties with respect to the optimization of the protection performance and more generally the proper use of the airbag system with the Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes.
Under these circumstances, ln&motion cannot be held responsible in case of a non-trigger of the airbag system with Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes during a fall, impact or otherwise nor in case of an unwanted trigger.
Thus, by accepting this disclaimer, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes may involve risks. You hereby understand that the Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes may have errors, be incomplete, and may produce unexpected results.
In no event will In&motion be liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever linked to the use of the modified version (Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes) of the airbag system.
By using this product under your own responsibility, you agree to the exclusions and limitations of liability stated above and accept them as reasonable.
The In&motion airbag system is designed to offer limited protection and reduce the severity of typical mechanical impact injuries that may occur after a motorcycle accident or fall. However, no product or protection system can offer complete protection against all risks posed by different physical environments, traffic conditions, climates, riding speeds and rider skill levels.
Motorcycling is a dangerous activity which may result in serious injury or death. ln&box and associated airbag system as well as Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes are designed to limit, in defined conditions, the level of injury that may be sustained but they cannot eliminate the risk of injury or death even in situations where the system performs as intended. In&motion cannot be held responsible for injury or death to persons or damage to objects sustained whilst wearing any In&motion airbag products. Ensure you understand the level of risk involved and the limitations of your riding skills before using In&motion airbag system.The airbag system has been developed to be used by persons over 16 years old. You engage your legal guardian’s responsibility if you are under this age and make use of this product.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated immediately at the end of the 2022 Road Races season. Road Racing and Road Racing pro Modes shall not be used after the 2022 Road races except in the event of an explicit agreement from In&motion.
