Designed for bike commuters and connected city dwellers, Urban Cycling Mode brings our technological expertise to every journey. Whether you ride in the city centre or the suburbs, this smart mode watches over you with every pedal stroke.

Whether you ride a standard bike or an electrically assisted bike (e-bike), the algorithm analyses the specific risks of the street in real time to give you instant protection in case of the unexpected.

  • Road specialist: A system calibrated for cycling infrastructure (cycle paths, cycle lanes, greenways and shared-space zones) as well as roads.
  • All-round protection: Advanced detection tested to meet the most frequent frontal and side-impact scenarios in the city.
  • Active mobility: Compatible with all types of regulation bicycles (standard and e-bikes), as soon as you are moving.
Activate Urban Cycling Mode

The urban jungle means frequent stops, changes of direction and constant sharing of the road with other users. Our system takes these constraints into account and draws on the strict AMU-001 test protocol to identify genuine emergencies (in particular collisions above 15 km/h) and deploy the airbag at the crucial moment.

This mode is strictly reserved for urban mobility and everyday journeys on open roads. It is not designed for sporting or demanding disciplines such as road cycling, downhill mountain biking, enduro, BMX or trials, nor for other modes of transport (kick scooter, roller skates, speedbike / derestricted e-bike).
