Designed for city dwellers and fans of new forms of mobility, Scooter Mode brings cutting-edge protection to your everyday journeys. Whether you ride for work or leisure, downtown or in the suburbs, our algorithm watches over your every move.

Whether you use a kick scooter or an e-scooter, the system analyzes your movements in real time to deal with the hazards of the street and protect you instantly in case of the unexpected.

  • Urban road expert: Specifically calibrated to share space with traffic on dedicated infrastructure (bike paths, greenways, shared-use zones) and on the road.
  • Frontal & side impacts: An algorithm tested and validated to respond precisely to the most frequent impact scenarios in the city.
  • Connected mobility: Compatible with all standard e-scooters and kick scooters as soon as you are moving.

Riding an e-scooter or kick scooter exposes you to particular risks linked to sharing the road. Our system takes these specific constraints into account and draws on AMU-001, our strict in-house test protocol, to detect losses of balance or collisions, in particular at speeds above 15 km/h, in order to deploy the airbag at the exact moment you need it.

This mode is strictly reserved for e-scooter and kick scooter journeys that comply with the regulations in force on public roads. It is not designed for sporting or acrobatic use (freestyle, off-road or stunt scooters), nor for speed e-bikes. It also excludes other modes of transport (bicycle, roller skates, motorized two-wheelers).
